(04) Frequently asked questions
Do you work with WooCommerce, Shopify or Jumpseller?
Yes. We review the platform you already use and configure the integration available for it; for custom stores we integrate the API directly.
Payments are approved but orders stay pending. Can you fix it?
It is one of the most common problems and usually comes from the payment return or confirmation. We diagnose it and make sure the order is marked paid only when the gateway confirms.
Do I need a Transbank account?
Yes. The contract with Transbank (or your chosen gateway) is in the merchant’s name; we handle the technical side.
Can you add Mercado Pago as well as Webpay?
Yes, a store can offer several gateways at the same time.
