(01) The brief
Proyectos CRG has handled projects and certifications for electrical, gas and sanitation installations since 2010. Its domain showed a “Coming soon” page hidden from Google: there was nowhere to explain its ten services or receive enquiries.
(02) What it does
- Home page with the most requested procedures, the SEC green seal, the water utilities it works with and FAQs.
- Ten service pages: TE1 electrical, TC6 gas, green seal, drinking water and sewerage, rural areas, SEREMI sanitary permit, pools, waste, risk prevention and regularisation.
- Form validated with Chilean rules that opens WhatsApp with the enquiry already written.
(03) How it was built
- Astro with static output served from a Cloudflare Worker, with no always-on server to pay for.
- Logo vectorised from the image the client sent, and a palette taken from its own colours.
- Custom-generated photos converted to light formats per screen size.
(04) Security
- The domain moved to Cloudflare without touching the Google Workspace email: MX, SPF and DKIM intact, plus DMARC added against spoofing.
- HTTPS enforced across the site.
- The backup copy is kept out of search engines to avoid duplicate content.
(05) Speed and Google
Lighthouse: accessibility 100 and CLS 0. Sitemap submitted to Google Search Console and Bing, and IndexNow notifies search engines of changes.
(06) What it deliberately doesn’t do
- No street address is published: service is on site, in Santiago and the regions.
- No client portal or online tracking of procedures.
